One Less Drop has partnered with Cape Coast Teaching Hospital to provide ongoing education and surgical mentorship for both ENT residents and attending surgeons. Rather than focusing solely on delivering care during our visits, we work side-by-side with local physicians in the operating room, clinic, and classroom to share knowledge, refine surgical techniques, and build confidence in managing complex ear, nose, and throat conditions.

As these residents complete their training, they will carry their skills to hospitals and communities throughout Ghana and beyond, expanding access to high-quality surgical care for thousands of future patients. Many will also become educators themselves, passing their knowledge on to future residents and multiplying the impact of this partnership for years to come.

One Less Drop is committed to supporting resident education through direct clinic and operative mentorship, in-person and remote didactic lectures and case discussions, surgical simulation in cadaver labs and developing technology, and ongoing professional collaboration. By building local expertise rather than temporary solutions, we are helping create a stronger, more sustainable future for surgical care in Ghana.
