Our Impact
"When performance is measured, performance improves. When performance is measured and reported back, the rate of improvement accelerates."
—Thomas S. Monson
At One Less Drop, we believe that transparency and accountability are essential to fulfilling our mission. We are committed to being responsible stewards of every donation entrusted to us and to openly sharing the impact of our work.
By measuring and reporting our outcomes, we learn how to serve more effectively, strengthen our partnerships, and ensure that every mission leaves a lasting impact. Our annual reports provide an overview of our activities, finances, and the progress we are making together—one less drop at a time.

Surgeons Trained
We believe in leaving the world better than we found it. One of our goals is to train surgeons and anesthesiologists that can perform surgeries long after our medical providers have left, leaving a legacy of high quality healthcare. Since our beginning, we have trained over thirty attending and resident surgeons, dozens of anesthetists, and educated hundreds of medical students.
02
Hours Volunteered
Impacts require time and effort. We are grateful to all of the volunteers and partners that have contributed over 50,000 hours to One Less Drop. Each time we lift, someone's burden gets a little lighter.

03
Instruments Donated
Due to the generous donations, we have been able to provide essential surgical and anesthesia equipment including operating microscopes, endoscopes, ultrasound machines, anesthesia monitors, surgical instruments, and other equipment and supplies since 2014.

People Helped
This is the results of all the other steps. It is what our goal is and why we do what we do. Since our founding, we have been able to directly help over 500 surgical patients, thousands of students, and impact countless others through the drop by drop education approach throughout Ghana.
