Improving global surgical care begins with understanding the needs of the communities we serve. Research allows us to evaluate patient outcomes, identify barriers to care, and develop evidence-based solutions that create lasting improvements in health care delivery.

One Less Drop is committed to conducting collaborative research alongside our partners at Cape Coast Teaching Hospital. our past work in hearing screening and our current work on surgical outcomes and follow-up visits will allow us  to better understand the needs of the people we serve.

This work not only guides future missions but also helps ensure that our programs are driven by evidence rather than assumptions. By measuring outcomes and continually evaluating our impact, we can improve the care we provide, strengthen our partnerships, and make informed decisions about where resources are needed most.
