Who We Are

Often, we feel that our small acts of kindness don't really make a difference. When asked how she could continue helping despite the overwhelming number of people in need, Mother Teresa of Calcutta responded:

“What we do is nothing but a drop in the ocean...but if we didn't do it, the ocean would be one drop less.”

One Less Drop, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2014 by a group of health professionals with a simple goal: to improve access to quality surgical care in underserved communities around the world.

We recognize that we cannot cure every disease or meet every need. But we believe that the people we can help matter. By providing education, equipment, and meaningful partnerships with local health care providers, we strive to make a lasting difference—one patient, one provider, and one community at a time.​
